Permanent Professor of the Graduate Program in Management and Innovation in Health at UFRN. He is a Permanent Member of the North Rio-Grandense Academy of Dentistry, chair 34. He is part of the Editorial Team of the Brazilian Journal of Technological Innovation in Health. and ITEP-RN Police Scientific the function of Odontolegist (Official Expert) for 20 years. Has experience in Dentistry and Biomedical Engineering, acting on the following topics:

In the field of research, he is a researcher and Coordinator of the Bioengineering Base at the Laboratory for Technological Innovation in Health (LAIS). He was Coordinator of the Biomedical Engineering course for 2 years, leading the Department of Biomedical Engineering at UFRN for 4 years. He participated in the proposal to create the (PpGGIS ) Graduate Program in Management and Innovation in Health at UFRN University, acting as Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Management and Innovation in Health for 4 years.
