Mestre em Direitos Humanos pela University College London (UCL). Bolsista do Programa Chevening, do Foreign and Commonwealth Office do governo do Reino Unido. Bacharel em Direito pela Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB). Trabalhou como Pesquisador Júnior na Universal Rights Group, think tank dedicado aos direitos humanos sediado em Genebra, na Suíça. Foi estagiário da Seção de Fortalecimento da Liderança Humanitária (HLSS) do Escritório das Nações Unidas para a Coordenação de Assuntos Humanitários (UN OCHA). Foi Conselheiro Deliberativo e Diretor Acadêmico da Academia Nacional de Estudos Transnacionais (ANET). Realizou estudos no Institut de Hautes Études Internationales et du Développement (IHEID) e no Centro de Direito Internacional (CEDIN). Foi bolsista em atividade de pesquisa (CNPq) entre 2014 e 2015. É fluente em inglês, francês e espanhol. Interessa-se por Direitos Humanos, Políticas Públicas e Política Internacional.
