Compõe o corpo docente nos cursos de gastronomia na PUCPR e na Faculdade SENAC PR. Food Designer e Pesquisador. Mestre em Design pelo PPGDesign na UPFR, alcançado pela pesquisa sobre a Estética das Vivências na linha SI, como bolsista da CAPES. Co-fundador do Living-lab Coletivo Alimentar em Curitiba onde trabalhou com vários projetos de inovação em gastronomia. Graduado em Desenho Industrial - Programação Visual na UNESP - Bauru, onde participou ativamente do grupo de pesquisa PIPOL (Projetos Integrados de Pesquisa On-line). É Chef de Cozinha e Restauranter formado pelo Centro Europeu em Curitiba. Tem experiência na área de Design, Gastronomia e Gestão de Empresas com ênfase em Gastronomia.
