Bacharel em Geografia pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (2010). Mestre em Avaliação de Políticas Públicas pela Universidade Federal do Ceará. Mestre em Sociologia pela Universidade Federal do Ceará. Graduando em Ciências Sociais pela Universidade Federal do Ceará. Pós Graduado em Cidadania, Direitos Humanos e Segurança Pública pela Universidade Federal do Ceará. Pós Graduando em Criminologia: bases teórico-metodológicas e aplicabilidade, pela Universidade de São Paulo-USP/Faculdade de Filosofia, Ciências e Letras de Ribeirão Preto. Doutorando do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Sociologia da Universidade Estadual do Ceará-UECE. Atualmente é Inspetor de Policia Civil no estado do Ceará. Professor da Academia Estadual de Segurança Pública-CE (AESP-CE); Professor da Faculdade Plus de Educação e Inclusão Social; Professor/Instrutor da Escola de Governo (Prefeitura de Fortaleza) e da Academia Municipal de Segurança Cidadã, da Guarda Municipal de Fortaleza. Também atua como pesquisador voluntário do LABVIDA/UECE (Laboratório de Estudo e Pesquisa em Direitos Humanos, Cidadania e Ética) e do LEV/UFC (Laboratório de Estudos da Violência). Tem experiência na área de pesquisa, com ênfase em Segurança Pública e Violência, Políticas Públicas e Educação.

Professor at the State Academy of Public Security-CE (AESP-CE); Professor at the Faculty Plus of Education and Social Inclusion; Professor/Instructor at the School of Government (City Hall of Fortaleza) and the Municipal Academy of Citizen Security, of the Municipal Guard of Fortaleza. He also works as a volunteer researcher at NUPER-PPTAM/UFC and LEV (Laboratory for the Study of Violence). He has experience in research, with an emphasis on Public Policy Assessment, Public Safety and Violence, Socio-Geographical Spaces and Education.
