Master's degree in Society and Culture in the Amazon from the Federal University of Amazonas - UFAM (2013); Lato-Sensu Postgraduate Degree in School Management from The Catholic University of Don Bosco - UCDB (2018); Lato Sensu Postgraduate Degree in Portuguese Language with Emphasis on Multiliteracies by Gama Filho University - UGF (2012); Postgraduate in Higher Education Methodology by the University Center of the North - UNINORTE (2006); Graduation in Letters (Portuguese/Literature) from The Iguaçu University - UNIG (2003); and 2nd Technical Degree (Teacher Training) by The State School Vila Bela - RJ (1992). She is currently a course consultant at FEBRACIS, Master Coaching by the Brazilian Federation of Systemic Integral Coaching - FEBRACIS (2019), where she held all training courses with Golden Belt certification (2019). She has experience in networked educational management as Regional Manager of the Salesian Network of Schools - RDE Brazil (2015 to 2018). She was head of the Psychopedagogical Section, Subcoordinator of High School and Teacher of Portuguese Language /Literature of the Military College of Manaus (2007 to 2015). She was professor of Portuguese Language/Literature for High School at Nilton Lins College and Literatus Educational Center (2005 and 2006).

Possui experiência em gestão educacional em rede como Gestora Regional da Rede Salesiana de Escolas - RDE Brasil (2015 a 2018). Foi chefe da Seção Psicopedagógica, Subcoordenadora do Ensino Médio e professora de Língua Portuguesa/Literatura do Colégio Militar de Manaus (2007 a 2015). Foi professora de Língua Portuguesa/Literatura para o Ensino Médio no Colégio Nilton Lins e Centro Educacional Literatus (2005 e 2006).
