Marcos Rodrigues Simas

Doutor em Ciências da Religião pela Universidade Metodista de São Paulo, Mestre em Ciências da Religião pela Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie e graduado em Teologia, pela mesma universidade. Pesquisa o campo "Religião e Internet", especificamente a influência da internet e das mídias sociais digitais na religiosidade protestante brasileira, religiosidade digital, pertencimento religioso. Possui vasta experiência na indústria editorial, onde atua desde 1991, tendo sido editor-chefe e responsável pela publicação de mais de 600 obras, principalmente nas áreas de crescimento e desenvolvimento pessoal (autoajuda), religião e teologia.

Ph.D. in Religious Studies from the Methodist University of São Paulo holds a master?s degree in Religious Studies from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University and a degree in Theology from the same university. He researches the field of "Religion and Internet", specifically the influence of the Internet and digital social media on Brazilian Protestant religiosity, digital religiosity and religious belonging. He has vast experience in the publishing industry, where he has worked since 1991, having been editor-in-chief and responsible for the publication of more than 600 titles, mainly in the areas of personal growth and development (self-help), religion and theology.
