Patrícia Molz holds a bacharel in Nutrition (2012) and a Master's in Health Promotion (2015), both from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul (UNISC). She obtained a Ph.D. in Health Sciences (Emphasis on Pharmacology) from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (2020). She is a postdoctoral fellow at the Laboratory of Behavioral and Metabolic Physiology at the Federal University of Health Sciences in Porto Alegre (UFCSPA). She worked as a researcher at the Experimental Nutrition Laboratories at the University of Santa Cruz do Sul and at the Genetics and Molecular Biology Laboratory at the Federal University of Santa Catarina. She has experience in the area of Nutrition, with an emphasis on Biochemistry of Nutrition and Nutrigenomics, working mainly on the following topics: malnutrition, pre-diabetes, anemia, memory, neurodegeneration, maternal and child nutrition, sports nutrition, genotoxicity and cytotoxicity, and neurosciences.
Patrícia Molz possui bacharelado em Nutrição (2012) e mestrado em Promoção da Saúde (2015), ambos pela Universidade de Santa Cruz do Sul (UNISC). Obteve o grau de doutora em Ciências da Saúde (Ênfase em Farmacologia) pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (2020). Atualmente é bolsista de pós-doutorado no Laboratório de Fisiologia Comportamental e Metabólica da Universidade Federal de Ciências da Saúde de Porto Alegre (UFCSPA). Atuou como pesquisadora nos Laboratórios de Nutrição Experimental da Universidade de Santa Cruz do Sul e do Laboratório de Genética e Biologia Molecular da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Possui experiência na área de Nutrição, com ênfase em Bioquímica da Nutrição e Nutrigenômica, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: desnutrição, pré-diabetes, anemia, memória, neurodegeneração, nutrição materno-infantil, nutrição esportiva, genotoxicidade e citotoxicidade, neurociências.
