Tainara Carozzi de Carvalho

Pesquisadora cursando especialização em Estudos Afro-Latino-Americanos e Caribenhos do CLACSO na condição de bolsista. Mestre em Sociologia (PPGS-UFRGS) onde pesquisou raça, gênero e movimentos sociais. Especialista em Direito Público pelo IMED (2018), apresentando como artigo de conclusão pesquisa sobre visita íntima feminina com bolsa, e graduada em Ciências Jurídicas e Sociais como bolsista PROUNI pela PUCRS (2015). Advogada inscrita na OAB/RS sob o nº 102.546. Foi mediadora do Grupo de Estudos de Direito e Gênero da Escola Superior da Advocacia RS e participou de projetos de extensão no SAJU - Assessoria Jurídica Universitária da UFRGS. É associada da Themis, Gênero, Justiça e Direitos Humanos e Women in Law Mentoring Brazil - WLM. Pesquisa as interseções de gênero, sexualidade e raça no sistema penal. Tem experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Sociologia do Direito, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: estudos de gênero, relações étnico raciais, sistema de justiça criminal e sexualidades.

Specialist in Public Law by IMED (2018), presenting as a concluding article research on female intimate visits with scholarship, and graduated in Legal and Social Sciences with a PROUNI scholarship from PUCRS (2015). Lawyer registered with the OAB/RS under No. 102.546. She was mediator of the Law and Gender Study Group at Escola Superior da Advocacia RS and participated in extension projects at SAJU - UFRGS' University Legal Advisory. She is a member of Themis, Gender, Justice and Human Rights and Women in Law Mentoring Brazil - WLM. It researches the intersections of gender, sexuality and race in the penal system. She has experience in the field of Law, with an emphasis on Sociology of Law, working mainly on the following topics: gender studies, ethnic racial relations, criminal justice system and sexualities.
