Cássio Ariel Caponi Moro

Master of Civil Procedural Law from the Federal University of Espírito Santo - Vitória (2011), graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná - Curitiba campus (2001), and in Economics (Unip, 2021). Specialist in Applied Law from the School of Magistrates of Paraná - Curitiba (2002) and in Labor Law from Unibrasil - Curitiba (2004). Currently, he is a Labor Court Judge at the 17th Region Labor Court - Espírito Santo and a university professor, teaching Labor Material and Procedural Law in the undergraduate and graduate programs in Law at the Vitória Law School (FDV), where he also coordinates the postgraduate program in Labor Law. He has taught labor law and contractual law in several undergraduate and graduate courses, such as UFES, PUC-PR, UNICURITIBA, UNICESUMAR, EMESCAM, CET-FAESA, and UVV. In the Judiciary, he was a regional manager of the National Program for the Prevention of Work Accidents. He is a commentator on Law and the Labor Market for CBN Vitória radio and Retrabalho Podcast. He is also a columnist for A Gazeta, maintaining a weekly column where he discusses issues of Law, Economics, and the Labor Market.

Mestre em Direito Processual Civil pela Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo - Vitória (2011), graduado em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná - campus Curitiba (2001) e em Ciências Econômicas (Unip, 2021). Especialista em Direito Aplicado pela Escola da Magistratura do Paraná - Curitiba (2002) e em Direito do Trabalho pela Unibrasil - Curitiba (2004). Atualmente é Juiz do Trabalho do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 17ª Região - Espírito Santo e professor universitário, lecionando Direito Material e Processual do Trabalho na graduação e na pós-graduação em Direito da Faculdade de Direito de Vitória (FDV), onde também coordena a pós-graduação latu sensu em Direito do Trabalho. Já lecionou direito do trabalho e direito contratual em diversos cursos de graduação e pós-graduação, como UFES, PUC-PR, UNICURITIBA, UNICESUMAR, EMESCAM, CET-FAESA E UVV. No âmbito do Judiciário foi gestor regional do Programa Nacional de Prevenção de Acidentes do Trabalho. É comentarista de Direito e Mercado de Trabalho da rádio CBN Vitória e do Retrabalho Podcast. Colunista de A Gazeta, mantendo uma coluna semanal onde debate questões de Direito, Economia e Mercado de Trabalho.
