Miguel Donizete Gusmão Filho

Doctor Grade Student at PPGIDH/NDH/UFG (since 1st sem./2020), Master in Political Science from the Universidade de Brasília ( 2005) and Bachelor of Social Sciences from the Universidade Federal de Goiás (2002). He worked as a university professor in several institutions (2004-12), with teaching experience in subjects such as Political Science, General Theory of the State, Introduction to Sociology, Legal Sociology and Human Rights. Currently (since 2008) he is a permanent servant of the Legislative Assembly of Goiás, in the position of Legislative Analyst (functional category of Legislative Researcher). In that House of Law, he served in the secretariat of the Commission on Human Rights, Citizenship and Participatory Legislation (2009-11), in the Thematic Advisory Section, Legislative Directorate (2011-14), he headed the Economy, Research and Statistics Division ( 2014) and the head of the Pedagogical Section of the Escola do Legislativo (School of the Legislative) (2015-17), returning to act as legislative analyst (legislative research) in the Thematic Advisory Section, Legislative Directorate, since April 2017.

Doutorando no Programa de Pós-Graduação Interdisciplinar em Direitos Humanos, Núcleo Interdisciplinar de Estudos e Pesquisas em Direitos Humanos, Universidade Federal de Goiás - PPGIDH/NDH/UFG (desde 1º sem./2020), Mestre em Ciência Política pela Universidade de Brasília (2005) e Bacharel em Ciências Sociais pela Universidade Federal de Goiás (2002). Atuou como professor universitário em diversas instituições (2004-12), com experiência docente em disciplinas como Ciência Política, Teoria Geral do Estado, Introdução à Sociologia, Sociologia Jurídica e Direitos Humanos. Atualmente (desde 2008) é servidor efetivo da Assembléia Legislativa de Goiás, no cargo de Analista Legislativo, categoria funcional de Pesquisador Legislativo. Nessa Casa de Leis, atuou na secretaria da Comissão de Direitos Humanos, Cidadania e Legislação Participativa (2009-11), na Seção de Assessoramento Temático, Diretoria Legislativa (2011-14), exerceu a chefia da Divisão de Economia, Pesquisa e Estatística (2014) e a chefia da Seção Pedagógica da Escola do Legislativo (2015-17), voltando a atuar como analista legislativo (pesquisa legislativa) na Seção de Assessoramento Temático, Diretoria Legislativa, desde abril de 2017.
