Pedro Miguel Camargo da Cunha Rego

I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the Federal University of São Paulo (2017) and a Master's degree in Social Sciences from the same institution (2020). I was a research fellow funded by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development and by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel of the Brazilian Ministry of Education for six years. I was also a member of the research group on audiovisual Image, Subjectivity and Social Theory registered at the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (2016-2021). Currently, I am pursuing a Doctorate in Social Sciences at the Federal University of São Paulo and a Specialization in Teaching in Higher Education at the Federal Institute of São Paulo. In addition, I am a member of the Ex-Libris - Sociology of Literature Research group, also registered at the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development, I am a member of the executive editorial committee of Pensata Review, a scientific journal published by the Graduate Program in Social Sciences at the Federal University of São Paulo, and I am a member associate of the Brazilian Society of Sociology (SBS) and of the Brazilian Society of Film and Audiovisual Studies (Socine).

Possui título de Bacharel em Ciências Sociais pela Universidade Federal de São Paulo (2017), Mestre em Ciências Sociais pela mesma instituição (2020) e de Especialista em Docência na Educação Superior pelo Instituto Federal de São Paulo (2023). Atuou como pesquisador financiado pelo Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPq) e pela Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) do Ministério da Educação durante seis anos. Também foi membro do grupo de pesquisas sobre audiovisual Imagem, Subjetividade e Teoria Social registrado no CNPq (2016-2021). Atualmente, cursa o doutorado em Ciências Sociais pela Universidade Federal de São Paulo. Além disso, integra o grupo Ex-Libris - Pesquisas de Sociologia da Literatura (também registrado no CNPq), a comissão editorial executiva da Revista Pensata (periódico científico ligado ao Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ciências Sociais da Universidade Federal de São Paulo), a Sociedade Brasileira de Estudos de Cinema e Audiovisual (Socine) e a Sociedade Brasileira de Sociologia (SBS).
