Luís Filipe Martins Rodrigues

Doctoral student in Language Didactics - Multilingualism and Education for Global Citizenship, at Universidade Nova de Lisboa. He holds a degree in Modern Languages and Literatures, Portuguese-English from the University of Coimbra (2005) and a Masters in Portuguese as FL/SL from the University of Porto (2014). He has experience in the field of Language Teaching, with an emphasis on Linguistic Policy and Learning Theories. He is a Graduate Assistant Professor at the University of Santiago, Cape Verde, where he also serves as Head of the Department of Educational Sciences, Philosophy and Letters and Coordinator of the Degrees in Journalism and Business Communication and English Studies, and of the Master in Portuguese as a Second Language.

Doutorando em Didática das Línguas - Multilinguismo e Educação para a Cidadania Global, pela Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Possui graduação em Línguas e Literaturas Modernas, Português-Inglês pela Universidade de Coimbra (2005) e mestrado em Português como LE/L2 pela Universidade do Porto (2014). Tem experiência na área de Didática das Línguas, com ênfase em Política Lingüística e Teorias de Aprendizagem. É Professor Assistente Graduado na Universidade de Santiago, Cabo Verde, onde também desempenha as funções de Chefe do Departamento de Ciências da Educação, Filosofia e Letras e Coordenador das Licenciaturas em Jornalismo e Comunicação Empresarial e Estudos Ingleses, e do Mestrado em Português como Língua Segunda.
