Paula Regina Arruda de Azevedo

Graduada em Direito pela Universidade da Amazônia - UNAMA. Mestre em Instituições Jurídico-Políticas pela Universidade Federal do Pará - UFPA. Doutora em Direitos Humanos pela Universidade de Salamanca - USAL (Espanha). Pós-doutora pela Universidade de Duisburg-Essen (Alemanha). Professora na graduação e pós-graduação em Direito da Universidade Federal do Pará - UFPA, coordenadora do Lugar de Justiça Global e Direitos Humanos na Amazônia - LAJUSA. Professora visitante na Universidade Sorbonne Nouvelle (França) e pesquisadora no Instituto de Altos Estudos da América Latina - IHEAL / Centro de Pesquisa e Documentação das Américas - CREDA. Possui experiência em Direito Público, com ênfase em Direito Constitucional; Direitos Humanos, Direito Internacional dos Direitos Humanos e Proteção Multinivel de Direitos Humanos na Amazônia.

Graduated in Law from the University of the Amazon - UNAMA. Master in Legal-Political Institutions from the Federal University of Pará - UFPA. PhD in Human Rights from the University of Salamanca - USAL (Spain). Postdoctoral fellow at the University of Duisburg-Essen (Germany). Professor at the undergraduate and graduate courses in Law at the Federal University of Pará - UFPA, coordinator of the Place of Global Justice and Human Rights in the Amazon - LAJUSA. Visiting professor at the Sorbonne Nouvelle University (France) and researcher at the Institute of Higher Studies in Latin America - IHEAL / Center for Research and Documentation of the Americas - CREDA through the PAUSE program. He has experience in Public Law with an emphasis on Constitutional Law; Human Rights and International Human Rights Law.
