Enrique Escobedo Cousin

Possui doutorado em PhD Electrical and Electronic Engineering - Newcastle University (2008). Tem experiência na área de Engenharia Elétrica, com ênfase em Materiais e Componentes Semicondutores.Previous experience on strained Si/SiGe technology for high-mobility MOSFETs. Currently, I work on the growth and characterisation of epitaxial graphene for electronic device applications. My areas of expertise include clean room processing (deposition of thin films by e-beam evaporation and sputtering, wet chemistry, thermal processing, lithography), design of electronic devices, and the physical characterisation of devices and materials (atomic force microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, electrical I-V and C-V characterisation).
