Graduado em Ciências Sociais pela Universidade Estadual de Londrina (1996), Mestrado em Sociologia pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (2001) e Doutorado em Ciências Sociais pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2007). Professor do curso de graduação em Ciências Sociais da PUCPR, do Programa de Mestrado em Direitos Humanos e Políticas Públicas (PPGDH/PUCPR) e professor visitante do Programa de Doutorado em Humanidades da Universidade Católica de Moçambique. Membro pesquisador do Núcleo de Direitos Humanos da mesma instituição. Realizo estudos e projetos de pesquisa vinculados à Linha de Pesquisa Políticas Públicas e Educação em Direitos Humanos/PPGDH e ao grupo de pesquisa CNPq Sociedade, Direitos Humanos e Novas Formas de Solução de Conflitos. Desenvolvo pesquisa-ação e orientações PIBIC nas escolas com interface nas seguintes áreas: Juventude, Violência, Direitos Humanos, Democracia e Práticas Restaurativas. Sou Bolsista produtividade em Pesquisa CNPq (2022-25).
Graduated in Social Sciences from the State University of Londrina (1996), Master's in Sociology from the Federal University of Paraná (2001) and PhD in Social Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2007). Professor of the undergraduate course in Social Sciences at PUCPR, of the Master's Program in Human Rights and Public Policies (PPGDH/PUCPR) and visiting professor of the Doctoral Program in Humanities at the Catholic University of Mozambique. Researcher member of the Human Rights Center of the same institution. I carry out studies and research projects linked to the Research Line Public Policies and Education in Human Rights/PPGDH and to the research group CNPq Society, Human Rights and New Forms of Conflict Resolution. I develop action research and PIBIC guidelines in schools with an interface in the following areas: Youth, Violence, Human Rights, Democracy and Restorative Practices. I am a CNPq Research Productivity Scholar (2022-25).
