João Bosco Marcial de Castro

Member of the Legal Counsel at STF. He held the position of Advisor in the Ethics and Discipline Committee of the OAB / DF and Advisor in the Legal Adviser of the Ministry of Justice. At the Supreme Court, he served as Assistant to the Minister Paulo Brossard de Sousa Pinto and, subsequently, the position of Advisor. Served as Advisor of the Minister Mauricio Correa, at the Supreme Court (STF) and at TSE, occupying, indeed, the post of Chief Advisor of the President of the Supreme Court (STF - 2003). He also served as Advisor of the Ministers Eros Grau, Marco Aurélio de Mello and Luiz Fux. Nowadays, he assists Minister Ricardo Lewandowski.

Membro da Assessoria Jurídica no Supremo Tribunal Federal. Ocupou cargo de Assessor da Comissão de Ética e Disciplina da OAB/DF e de Assessor do Consultor Jurídico do Ministério da Justiça. No STF, atuou como Assistente do Ministro Paulo Brossard de Sousa Pinto além de, posteriormente, ocupar o cargo de Assessor do Ministro Paulo Brossard. Passou pela Assessoria do Ministro Maurício Corrêa, no STF e no TSE, ocupando, inclusive o cargo de Chefe da Assessoria da Presidência do STF (2003). Exerceu cargo de Assessor dos Ministros Eros Grau, Marco Aurélio de Mello, Luiz Fux e Ricardo Lewandowski. Atualmente, é Secretário Judiciário da Secretaria do Supremo Tribunal Federal.
