João Carlos Xavier Junior received a bachelor's degree from the University Potiguar, Brazil in 1995, a master's degree from the University of Kent, England in 2001, and a PhD degree from the Federal University of RN, Brazil in 2012. His current interests include computational intelligence, multi-agent system, geographical information system and machine learning.
