Agricultural Technician at the Federal Agrotechnic School of Iguatu-CE (1996-1998). He holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Federal University of Paraíba (2001 - 2005). (MSc.) In Agronomy (Irrigation and Drainage) by the Federal University of Ceará (2006 - 2007) acting on the Research Line: Use of Geographic Information Systems in the Management of Hydrographic Basins of the Northeastern Semi - arid. PhD in Agricultural Engineering at the Federal University of Ceará (UFC) concentration area: Management of Hydrographic Basins in the Semi-Arid (2012 - 2015). Ph.D. Period Sandwich at the National Institute of Space Research (INPE) - (2014). Federal Agrarian Expert (Agronomist) of INCRA-SR (02) Ceará (2007 - currently). Full Member of the Caatinga Biosphere Reserve Committee of the State of Ceará and member of the Interinstitutional Council of Environmental Education of Ceará.

Mestrado (MSc.) em Agronomia ( Irrigação e Drenagem) pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (2006 - 2007) atuando na Linha de Pesquisa: Utilização de Sistemas de Informações Geográficas em Manejo de Bacias Hidrográficas do Semiárido Nordestino. Doutor em Engenharia Agrícola na Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC) área de concentração: Manejo de Bacias Hidrográficas no Semiárido (2012 - 2015). Período de Doutorado Sanduíche no Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (INPE) - (2014). Perito Federal Agrário (Engenheiro Agrônomo) do INCRA-SR(02) Ceará (2007 - atualmente). Membro Titular do Comitê da Reserva Biosfera da Caatinga do Estado do Ceará e membro do Conselho Interinstitucional de Educação Ambiental do Ceará.
