Pedro Antonio Müller

Doutor em Desenvolvimento Regional pela Universidade de Santa Cruz (UNISC) com intercambio realizado no Center for Technology in Government na Universidade de Albany, NY. Possui graduação em Ciência da Computação pela Universidade de Passo Fundo (1998) e mestrado em Desenvolvimento pela Universidade Regional do Noroeste do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul (2007); Especialista em Sistemas de Informação; Especialista em Gestão estratégica empresarial. Atualmente é professor titular na Área de Informática da Universidade de Passo Fundo, onde atua nos cursos de graduação de Ciência da Computação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas e Sistemas para a Internet. Na pesquisa, atualmente é integrante do grupo Desenvolvimento de um Ambiente Virtual Georeferenciado para o APL de Lapidação, Gemas e Jóias. Atua principalmente nos seguintes temas: sistemas de informação e tecnologia da informação, internet, avaliação, ambiente remoto, consultoria, desenvolvimento e Planejamento Estratégico. Também atua como consultor Ad Hoc da Secretaria da Ciência, Inovação e Desenvolvimento Tecnológico do RS, área 21- Desenvolvimento Regional, conforme portaria 20-2013 DOE.

Ph.D. in Regional Development from the University of Santa Cruz (UNISC) with an exchange at the University of Albany, NY. He holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Passo Fundo (1998) and a Masters in Development from the Regional University of the UNIJUI of the State of Rio Grande do Sul (2007); Specialist in Information Systems; Specialist in Strategic Business Management. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Informatics Department of the University of Passo Fundo, where he works in the undergraduate courses in Computer Science, Analysis and Development of Systems and Systems for the Internet. In the research, he is currently a member of the group Development of a Georeferenced Virtual Environment for the APL of Lapidation, Gems and Jewelry. It mainly works in the following subjects: information systems and information technology, internet, evaluation, remote environment, consulting, development and Strategic Planning. He also serves as Ad Hoc Consultant of the Secretariat of Science, Innovation and Technological Development of RS, area 21 - Regional Development, according to DOE 20-2013.
