He is a Doctor of Science (PhD) from the University of São Paulo (USP); Master's (MSc) in Control Engineering and Mechanical Automation from USP; and Electronic Engineer from the National University of San Agustín de Arequipa (UNSA). Dr. Juan C. Cutipa-Luque has participated in research projects, has lectured in Peruvian and Brazilian universities. He is a 40 hours Professor at UNSA and lectures Instrumentation and Control disciplines with a major in Advanced Control System. Currently, Dr. Cutipa-Luque is conducting projects related to unmanned surface aquatic vehicles with collaborators from the Instituto Superior Técnico of the University of Lisbon in Portugal and the Grenoble Institute of Technology in France. In addition, since 2021, he is the coordinator for Peru of the Ibero-American electromobility network www.riemov.com.
