Claudia Berenice Balderas Arroyo

Currently, I am a Postdoctoral fellow at the Federal University of Santa Catarina at Brazil in the Department of Food Science and Technology in the laboratory of Dra. Roseane Fett, with the project: Effects of Euterpe edulis Martius fruit extract in inflammatory processes. Target metabolomic analysis in Vero cell culture . I did my PhD in Pharmacy since January 2009 until July 2014 in the Centre of Excellence in Metabolomics and Bioanalysis (www.metabolomica.uspceu.es) at the San Pablo CEU University, Madrid, Spain. I have been working on the approach in the search metabolomics diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers of cardiovascular events in patients with in type 1 Diabetes, using metabolomics technologies.
