Mariana Scarambone Jayanetti

Artista Multimídia formada em Belas Artes pela UFRJ, com pós-graduação em Técnicas de impressão pelo London Institute em Londres, Mestre em Processos Artísticos Contemporâneos pela UERJ, com uma dissertação que desenvolveu a poética de Arte como Religião, associando a figura do artista à do Profeta, e a do espectador/participante com a do Santo. Atualmente cursando Doutorado em Arte, Cognição e Cultura; desenvolve uma cartografia Afetiva da Casa Nem. Possui experiência em curadoria e organização de eventos, exibições e oficinas. Também desenvolveu carreira na área administrativa e de Recursos Humanos na Inglaterra, onde viveu de 1997 à 2008. Ao retornar ao Brasil, retomou a carreira artística, trabalhando paralelamente como interprete e cenógrafa. Foi auxiliando a Gestão da Casa Nem, um espaço sociocultural autônomo e alternativo, que providencia acolhimento e alimentação para Transgeneres e LGBTIs em situação de vulnerabilidade social, de fevereiro de 2016 à dezembro de 2018, que desenvolveu o projeto base de sua tese.

Multimedia Artist graduated in Fine Arts by UFRJ, with a postgraduate degree in Printing Techniques by the London Institute in London, Master in Contemporary Artistic Processes by UERJ, with a dissertation that developed the poetics of Art as Religion, associating the figure of the artist with the Prophet, and that of the spectator / participant with that of the Saint. Currently studying Doctorate in Art, Cognition and Culture; develops an Affective cartography of House Nem. He has experience in curating and organizing events, exhibitions and workshops. She also developed a career in the human resources and administrative area in England, where she lived from 1997 to 2008. Upon returning to Brazil, she resumed her artistic career, working in parallel as an interpreter and set designer. Currently, it assists in the management of an autonomous and alternative socio-cultural space, which provides shelter and food for Transgender and LGBTIs in situations of social vulnerability.
