Eduardo Lobo Lustosa Cabral

Graduado em Engenharia Mecânica pela Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo (USP) em 1982, mestre em Tecnologia de Reatores Nucleares pela pelo Instituto de Pesquisas Energéticas e Nucleares em 1985 e doutor em Engenharia Nuclear pelo Massachusetts Institute of Technology em 1989. Atualmente é pesquisador titular da Comissão Nacional de Energia Nuclear e professor titular do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia. Foi professor do Departamento de Engenharia Mecatrônica da Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo (USP) por 30 anos. Atua nas áreas de inteligência artificial, dinâmica e controle de sistemas, robótica e sistemas energéticos. Detentor de 5 patentes, tem cerca 90 trabalhos técnicos publicados e já orientou 19 alunos de mestrado e doutorado.

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP) in 1982, Master in Nuclear Reactor Technology by the Institute of Nuclear and Energetic Research in 1985 and PhD in Nuclear Engineering by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 1989. He is currently researcher of the National Nuclear Energy Commission and professor at the Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia. He has been a professor at the Department of Mechatronics Engineering of University of São Paulo for 30 years. He works in the areas of artificial inteligence, dynamic systems and control, robotics and energy systems. Holds 5 patents, has about 90 published technical papers and already supervised 19 masters and doctoral students.
