Mestre em Estudos Marítimos pela Escola de Guerra Naval (EGN) na área de concentração de Segurança, Defesa e Estratégia Marítima. Mestre em Ciências Jurídico-Internacionais pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa (FDUL). Especialista em Direito Marítimo, Aduaneiro e Portuário (UNISANTOS) e em Comércio Internacional (MBA/USP). Professora na graduação das disciplinas de Direito Internacional Público e Privado e Direito Marítimo.
