Luiz Adriano Maia Cordeiro

Graduation at Agronomia from Federal University of Paraná (1991), Master in Crop Production from the Federal University of Viçosa (1996) and PhD in Soil and Crop Management from the Federal University of Viçosa (2002). Researcher at EMBRAPA Cerrados, where he carries out Technology Transfer activities. He has experience and works in Sustainable Agriculture, Crop-Livestock Integration, Crop-Livestock-Forestry Integration, No-Tillage System and Low-Carbon Agriculture. Currently, he is assigned to the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply, where he works as Coordinator of Conservation and Sustainable Agriculture of the General Coordination of Climate Change, at the Department of Sustainable Production and Irrigation of the Secretariat of Innovation, Rural Development and Irrigation, in Brasília-DF.

Possui graduação em Agronomia pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (1991), Mestrado em Fitotecnia (Produção Vegetal) pela Universidade Federal de Viçosa (1996) e Doutorado em Fitotecnia (Manejo de Solos e Culturas) pela Universidade Federal de Viçosa (2002). É Pesquisador A da Embrapa Cerrados, em Planaltina-DF, onde realiza atividades de Transferência de Tecnologia. Tem experiência e atua em Sistemas Sustentáveis de Produção Agropecuária, Integração Lavoura-Pecuária (ILP), Integração Lavoura-Pecuária-Floresta (ILPF), Sistema Plantio Direto e Agricultura de Baixa Emissão de Carbono.
