Maurício Zanardo Faggion

Mauricio has a Law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (2008), LLM Maritime Law from University of Southampton (2017) and MBL in Energy Law from Technischen Universität Berlin (2018).He is a qualified lawyer in Brazil and has expertise in the law of charterparties, bills of lading, commodity sales on CIF and FOB terms, Incoterms, letters of credit and customs. In addition, has expertise in the energy field, especially in liberalisation process for the energy sector's upstream and downstream and also in the process for implementation of generation from renewable energy sources.

Possui graduação em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (2009). Mestrado em Direito Marítimo (LLM Maritime Law) pela University of Southampton (2017) e Mestrado em Direito da Energia (MBL Business Law) pela Technischen Universität Berlin (2018). Tem experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Aduaneiro, Energia, Marítimo e Direito Internacional.
