Juliano de Melo Costa

Degree in History from the Federal University of Alagoas (2000). Specialist in Teaching for Higher Education, History of Brazil and Master in Brazilian Education from UFAL (2006). He worked as a professor of History, Philosophy and Sociology in Basic Education, professor in Higher Education in the areas of Philosophy, Sociology, Anthropology and History (Geopolitics and Contemporary History), with emphasis on courses in Administration, Social Communication and Law. He was School Coordinator, Pedagogical Consultant of the COC Teaching System and Pedagogical Manager of the same System. He was National Pedagogical Consulting Manager, Pedagogical Director and Vice President of Education (Educational Content and Services) at Pearson in Brazil. Since 2019, he has held the position of Vice President of Educational Products for Latin America, developing educational solutions for virtually all market segments.

Licenciado em História pela Universidade Federal de Alagoas (2000). Especialista em Docência para o Ensino Superior, História do Brasil e Mestre em Educação Brasileira pela UFAL (2006). Atuou como professor de História, Filosofia e Sociologia em Educação Básica, professor no Ensino Superior nas áreas de Filosofia, Sociologia, Antropologia e História (Geopolítica e História Contemporânea), com ênfase em cursos de Administração, Comunicação Social e Direito. Foi coordenador Escolar, Consultor Pedagógico do Sistema COC de Ensino e Gerente Pedagógico desse mesmo Sistema. Foi Gerente Nacional de Consultoria Pedagógica, Diretor Pedagógico e Vice-Presidente de Educação (Conteúdo e Serviços Educacionais) da Pearson no Brasil. Desde 2019 ocupa a posição de Vice-Presidente de Produtos Educacionais para a América Latina, desenvolvendo soluções educacionais para praticamente todos os segmentos do mercado.
