Eduardo Cardoso Moraes

Doutor em Engenharia Industrial com ênfase em automação e mecatrônica pela Universidade Federal da Bahia, fez doutorado sanduíche na Alemanha no Institute for Industrial Informatics, Automation and Robotics (I2AR) da Universidade de Emden-Leer, é mestre em Ciências da Computação pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco(CIn/UFPE), MBA em Gestão e Planejamento Estratégico pela FACINTER, especialização em Informática em Saúde pela Universidade Federal de São Paulo e graduação em Ciências da Computação pela Universidade Federal de Alagoas. Além disso, possui Bacharelado em Direito, com ênfase em Direito Digital. Também possui duas formações de nível Técnico: Técnico em Automação Industrial e Técnico em Informática. Atualmente é professor efetivo do Instituto Federal de Alagoas(IFAL). Foi orientador do Programa de Agentes Locais de Inovação (ALI) no Sebrae. Atualmente é Professor permanente do Mestrado em Educação Tecnológica - ProfEPT. Sua principal linha de pesquisa é informática educacional e a investigação de Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação(TIC) que promovam inovação em processos/produtos e aumento de desempenho e resultados. Foco no uso de novas técnicas, processos e metodologias oriundos de TI alinhada com o conceito de Transformação Digital e METAVERSO. Tópicos de interesse são: Metaverso, Educação 4.0, Informática aplicada a educação, Software Testing, Transformação Digital, Metodologias Ativas de Ensino, Robótica, Big Data, Internet of Things(IoT), Indústria 4.0, sistemas cyber físicos(CPS), Gestão de projetos com Metodologia Ágeis. Além disso, é revisor de publicações nacionais e internacionais como Congresso da Sociedade Brasileira de Computação, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IECON - Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IES), e REVISTA DOCENCIA DO ENSINO SUPERIOR, Revista Brasileira de Ensino e Aprendizagem entre outras.

Master in Computer Science by Federal University of Pernambuco (CIn / UFPE), MBA in Management and Strategic Planning by FACINTER, specialization in Health Informatics from the Federal University of São Paulo and a degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Alagoas. He also holds the Technical degree in Industrial Automation and Informatics. He is currently an full professor at the Federal Institute of Alagoas (IFAL), where he holds the position of coordinator of the Technical Course in Informatics (E-Tec) at the institution. He is currently a permanent professor of the Master in Teaching Education - ProfEPT, and leader of the GEPEPT Research Group. Its main line of research is educational computing and the investigation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) that promote innovation in processes / products and increase performance. Focus on the use of new IT techniques, processes and methodologies that allow integrated and distributed business management. Topics of interest are: Applied Informatics to education, active teaching methodologies, Robotics, Big Data, Internet of Things (IoT), Industry 4.0, cyber physical systems (CPS), project management with agile methodology. In addition, he is a reviewer of national and international publications such as Congress of the Brazilian Computer Society, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IECON - Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IESE), and Brazilian journal of graduated teaching, among others.
