EDVAL BORGES DA SILVA SEGUNDO

Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Bahia (2006) and Master in Public Law from the Federal University of Bahia (2009). Licensed lawyer, he is currently legal advisor to the Public Ministry of the State of Bahia. Has experience in the area of ​​Law, with emphasis on Constitutional Law and Process Theory, acting mainly on the following themes: process, constitution and natural judge.

Possui graduação em Direito pela Universidade Federal da Bahia (2006) e mestrado em Direito Público pela Universidade Federal da Bahia (2009). Advogado licenciado, atualmente é assessor jurídico do Ministério Público do Estado da Bahia. Tem experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Direito Constitucional e Teoria do Processo, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: processo, constituição e juiz natural.
