Rodrigo Virote Kassick

Is a student at in a Joint-PhD in Computer Science between the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul and the Université de Grenoble.Rodrigo obtained the Bacharelor Degree from the same institution in 2005 and, later, obtained a Master Degree in 2010. Works with research on HPC Distributed Systems systems since 2003. Research interests are on network infrastructure and parallel file systems.

Possui graduação em Ciências da Computação pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (2005) e concluiu o Mestrado Acadêmico da mesma instituição em 2010. Atualmente faz Doutorado em co-tutela no Instituto de Informática UFRGS e a Université de Grenoble, atuando na área de Sistemas Distribuídos e Sistemas de Arquivos para Clusters, em colaboração com pesquisadores franceses do INRIA.
