Doutora em Engenharia de Produção, na área de Gestão em Saúde (Healthcare Management), pelo Departamento de Engenharia de Produção e Sistemas do Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica Celso Suckow da Fonseca (CEFET/RJ). Mestre em Engenharia de Produção com ênfase em Gestão em Saúde pelo Departamento de Engenharia Industrial da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (DEI/PUC-Rio). Graduada em Engenharia de Produção pelo Departamento de Engenharia Industrial da Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (DEIN/FEN/UERJ). Atualmente, Consultora de processos na Rede D'or, Professora do Mestrado Profissional em Saúde Coletiva no Instituto de Medicina Social da UERJ e Pesquisadora em Gestão em Saúde no Laboratório de Engenharia e Gestão em Saúde (UERJ).
