Daiane Aparecida Fausto

I am a very communicative and dedicated professional, having an open mind to acquire new knowledge and skills. I am always seeking for the excellence in my activities, focused on the decision-making to achieve the company´s results as a whole. I have a degree in Animal Science (UEG), a Master of Business Administration in Agribusiness (ESALQ / USP), Master of Business Administration in School Management (ESALQ / USP) and Master's and PhD in Sciences(ESALQ / USP). I developed part of the post graduation programs in University of Alberta (CA), University of Guelph (CA) and Iowa State University (USA). Received the award during the 59th International Congress of Meat Science and Technology. After I graduated in the Agribusiness area, I had the opportunity to start my career at Instituto Pecege, in the academic area. Initially, I led a team which was responsible for developing the process of preparing the final course projects. After the development of this process, I assumed the social area management of the Institute. Currently, we work on the strengthening institutional relations and Stakeholder Management, focused on the social impact results. Our main social projects are the scholarships (https://bolsas.mbauspesalq.com/) of the courses managed by our Institution, mentoring and financial aid for fellows. Now we are looking for raising funds to help more students who can not afford to study in the MBA programs of our Institution.
