Permanent Professor of the Graduate Program in Law (PPGD) of the Institute of Legal Sciences (ICJ) of the Federal University of Pará (UFPA). Course Coordinator (2022) and Adjunct Professor of Public Law at the Law Course at the Pantanal Campus of the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul Foundation (UFMS). PhD in Human Rights from the University of São Paulo (USP). Master in Human Rights and Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Pará (UFPA). At graduation, he teaches the subjects of Theory of Law, Legal Ethics, Hermeneutics and Theory of Argumentation and Anthropology, Indigenous and Afro-Brazilian Law. In Graduate Studies, Recognition Theory and Indigenous Critical Studies of Law. His current research falls within the field of Critical Indigenous Studies of Law. Investigates whether and how the Judiciary institutionally discriminates against indigenous peoples when applying the law, using the storytelling method to analyze judicial decisions. With regard to extension activities, it is interested in popular legal advice on human rights for indigenous peoples. Member of the Normative Theories of Law Research Group. Professor Permanente do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Direito (PPGD) do Instituto de Ciências Jurídicas (ICJ) da Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA). Coordenador de Curso (2022) e Professor Adjunto de Direito Público do Curso de Direito do Campus do Pantanal da Fundação Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS). Doutor em Direitos Humanos pela Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Mestre em Direitos Humanos e Graduado em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA). Na Graduação, leciona as disciplinas de Teoria do Direito, Ética Jurídica, Hermenêutica e Teoria da Argumentação e Antropologia, Direito Indígena e Afro-brasileiro. Na Pós-Graduação, Teoria do Reconhecimento e Estudos Críticos Indígenas do Direito. Sua pesquisa atual insere-se no campo dos Estudos Críticos Indígenas do Direito. Investiga se e de que forma o Poder Judiciário discrimina institucionalmente os povos indígenas quando da aplicação do direito, utilizando o método storytelling para análise das decisões judiciais. No que diz respeito às atividades de extensão, possui interesse em assessoria jurídica popular em direitos humanos para povos indígenas. Membro do Grupo de Pesquisa Teorias Normativas do Direito.
