Lawyer and Consultant in Law, Public Policy and Technologies. Pursues a PhD in Law from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC). Holds a LL.M. in United States Law, Intellectual Property and High Technologies from the University of Santa Clara, United States (SCU).Founder and directress of TEDIREI- Research Group in Technologies, Law and Inclusion for the northeast of Brazil. Researches on the impacts of Technologies on Law and Sustainable Development, with emphasis on Constitutional Law, Human Rights, Humanitarian Law and Public Policy. The research focuses mainly on the following topics: Artificial Intelligence; Blockchain; Digital Democracy and E-Government; Internet of Things; Access to the Internet and Digital Inclusion.

É Advogada e Consultora Jurídica em Direito, Políticas Públicas e Tecnologias. Doutoranda em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC). Mestre em Direito, Propriedade Intelectual e Tecnologias pela Universidade de Santa Clara, Estados Unidos (SCU). Fundou e Coordena o TEDIREI- Grupo de Pesquisa em Tecnologias, Direito e Inclusão para o nordeste do Brasil. Realiza pesquisas na área acadêmica no que tange aos impactos das Tecnologias no Direito e no Desenvolvimento Sustentável, com ênfase em Direito Constitucional, Direitos Humanos, Direito Humanitário e Políticas Públicas. A pesquisa se foca principalmente quanto aos seguintes temas: Inteligência Artificial; Blockchain; Democracia Digital e Governo Digital; Internet das Coisas; Acesso à Internet e Inclusão Digital.
