David Felice Falivene Baptista

Is a PhD candidate at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), studying Energy Regulatory Affairs Has been granted the titles of B. S. in Electrical Engineering (2015), graduated in Law (2022) and M.Sc in Electrical Engineering (emphasis in Computer Engineering), concerning the Artificial Intelligence and Telecommunications thematic (2019) by the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering of State University of Campinas (FEEC-UNICAMP). Is a member of the UNICAMP Advanced Studies Institute and the Lawgorithm Institute (USP), working with AI Regulation. Is a Reseacher of the Center of the Reseach Center for Justice and Governance (JusGov) of the Minho Universeity/Portugal, the São Paulo's Center for Energy Transition Studies (CPTEn) and the National Energy Agency's (ANEEL) R&D Project MERGE.

É doutorando pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP), na temática de Regulação Jurídica de Energia. É graduado em Engenharia Elétrica (2015) e em Direito (2022). Obteve o título de Mestre em Engenharia Elétrica (ênfase em Engenharia da Computação) com temática na área de Inteligência Artificial e Telecomunicações (2019) pela Faculdade de Engenharia Elétrica e Computação da Universidade Estadual de Campinas (FEEC-UNICAMP). É membro do Instituto de Estudos Avançados da UNICAMP e do Instituto Lawgorithm (USP), trabalhando com regulação de Inteligência Artificial. É pesquisador do Centro de Investigação em Justiça e Governação (JusGov) da Universidade do Minho/Portugal, do Centro Paulista de Estudos da Transição Energética (CPTEn) e do Projeto MERGE de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento ANEEL.
