André Luiz Siciliano

Doutor em Direito Internacional (USP, 2019), Mestre em Relações Internacionais (USP, 2013) e graduado em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2003). Pesquisador visitante no Instituto Max Planck, departamento de Política, Ética e Direito (Göttingen/Alemanha, Jan-Fev, 2019). Editor do boletim do Grupo de Análise da Conjuntura Internacional - Gacint (USP), 2011-2017. Pesquisador da rede CINETS - International Nets of Studies on Crimmigration Control, 2012-2013 (www.crimmigrationcontrol.com). Colaborador da International Migration Academic Network, desde 2013.Atuação na área jurídica desde 1999, especialmente em Direito Civil. Atuou por três meses como advogado voluntário em Vancouver/Canadá, no escritório Andersson Cross Border Law & Corporation, especializado em imigração (2006). Em 2013 fundou o escritório Siciliano Advogados Associados, atuando nas áreas de Direito Civil e Direito Internacional. É professor adjunto de Direito Internacional, Direito Empresarial e Direitos Humanos na Universidade de Sorocaba.

PhD in International Law at University of São Paulo (USP, 2019), MSc in International relations (USP, 2013) and graduated in Law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2003). Visiting Doctoral Fellow at Max Planck Institute - Department of Ethics, Law and Politics (jan-fev, 2019) Editor of the Journal of the Group of Analysis of the International Conjuncture, Gacint - USP, 2011-2017. Contributor of International Migration Academic Network, since 2013.Has been working in Law, focusing on Civil Law, since 1999. Volunteered for three months as assistant of Law to an immigration specialized law firm in Vancouver/Canada. In 2013 founded Siciliano Associated Lawyers Law firm, where he's in charge for the Civil Law and International Law team. He's Adjunct Professor of International Law, Business Law and Human Rights at University of Sorocaba.
