Jacqueline Raema de Oliveira Silva

Graduation at Direito from Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo (2008), master's at LL.M. US Law from The University of Texas School of Law (2017), masters in Sociology and Society from the EPHE (2012), masters in Public Law from the University Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne (2013). Has experience in Law, acting on the following subjects: Brazilian tax law, and labor and employment law; freedom of belief and thought, public freedoms, civil liberties, relations between state and religion. Lately, Jacqueline has gained experience providing legal counsel and legislative work for nonprofit corporations.

Tem experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Direito Tributário, Direito Societário, e Direito Internacional dos Direitos Humanos, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: liberdade de consciencia, liberdade de religião, liberdades publicas e subvenções publicas; conselho jurídico e legislativo para organizações sem fins lucrativos.
