Luísa Rihl Castro

Graduação em Nutrição pela Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos - UNISINOS (1999/2), mestrado em Ciências Médicas pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul - UFRGS (2003) e doutorado em Psicologia pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul - PUCRS (2023). Coordenadora do Curso de Nutrição da UNISINOS (Campus Porto Alegre) e coordenadora acadêmica do projeto social e de extensão, Banco de Alimentos. Tem experiência na área de Alimentação Coletiva e Comportamento Alimentar de Trabalhadores. Fez parte da Gestão CRN2, como membro efetivo, 2010/2013.

Nutritionist graduated at the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS 1999) and master in Medical Sciences, from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS 2003). Doctoral student of the Psychology Graduate Program at PUCRS, studying the eating behavior of night workers in food and nutrition units. Assistant professor, since 2004, at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), and since february 2015, assistant professor at the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS), in both, member in the Nutrition Courses. Academic coordinator by UNISINOS of the Social Project Food Bank, in Porto Alegre and São Leopoldo. Teacher working in the area of #8203;#8203;collective food. Participated in the 2010-2013 Management of the Regional Council of Nutritionists - 2nd Region. At the 2016 Brazilian Nutrition Congress (CONBRAN), in Porto Alegre / RS, participated as a member of the Scientific Committee.
