Completed a degree in social work from the Integrated School Triangle / MG in 1996, attended Specialization in Diagnosis and Management of Human Resources for the Psychology Institute of the Federal University of Uberlândia / UFU in 2003, also attended specialization in Hospital Management in SUS the Faculty of Medicine the Federal University of Uberlândia / UFU in 2007 and a Masters in Environmental Science from the University Camilo Castelo Branco / UNICASTELO - São Paulo in 2014. He has worked for 20 years in actual professional activity in Hospital Management area in Public Health, he held the positions of Advisor Human Resources and Administration Manager at Dental Hospital and School of Dentistry, Federal University of Uberlândia / UFU from 2000 to 2008, And at the Clinical Hospital of Uberlândia / UFU, he held the positions of Manager of Human Resources and Administrative Director from 2009 to 2012. Ocupou o cargo de Coordenadora Administrativa no Hospital Odontológico da UFU e foi membro do Conselho Administrativo do HO (UFU - 2014 a 2021).
