Master in Science and Health Education by the NUTES Institute of Science and Health Education, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Graduated in Collective Health from the Federal University of Latin American Integration (UNILA) and graduated in Management and International Health Policies and Sanitary Sovereignty from CLACSO. He is currently a consultant for PAHO-Chile, visiting professor at the Universidad de Chile and a researcher at the Latin American Center for Science and Technology in Sovereignty, Security and Food and Nutrition Education in the Southern Region (CeLASSAN / UNILA). He works as a consultant in collective health, public health, intercultural health, university education, health education, environmental education, social determination of health and health promotion.
Mestre em Educação em Ciências e Saúde pelo Instituto NUTES de Educação em Ciências e Saúde, da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Graduado em Saúde Coletiva pela Universidade Federal da Integração Latino-americana (UNILA) e diplomado em Gestão e Políticas de Saúde Internacional e Soberania Sanitária pela CLACSO. Tem trabalhado como consultor da OPAS-Chile, professor visitante na Universidad de Chile, pesquisador do Centro Latino-americano de Ciência e Tecnologia em Soberania, Segurança e Educação Alimentar e Nutricional da Região Sul (CeLASSAN/UNILA) e Consultor del Centro de Competência em Inteligência e Gestão Territorial IT.DT. da Fundación Parque Tecnológico de Itaipú. Brasil. Atua como consultor em saúde coletiva, saúde pública, saúde intercultural, ensino universitário, educação em saúde, educação ambiental, soberania e segurança alimentar e nutricional, determinação social da saúde e promoção da saúde. Atualmente é Profissional Assessor do Ministério da Saúde do Chile, atuando na Divisão de Políticas Públicas Saudáveis e de Promoção (DIPOL).
