André G Maletzke is Assistant Professor at the Western Paraná State University (Unioeste), Foz do Iguazu, Brazil. He is a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Computational Mathematics (2019) at the University of São Paulo. Andre's research interests are in machine learning with a focus on time series, data stream, and quantification. Recently, he has destined efforts to improve insect sensing which involves data gathering, filtering, and the development of new algorithms for classification and counting insects by species (mainly focus on disease vector mosquitoes such as dengue, zika and chikungunya).
