Master of Science in Biotechnology and Biosciences (2015) by the Federal University of the State of Santa Catarina, Bioprocess Engineer & Biotechnologist (2012) by the Federal University of the State of Paraná. Experience with oenological microbiology, from the isolation and genotypical and phenotypical characterization of yeast and bacteria to the technological application; with production, characterization and purification of enzymes (phytase) produced by solid-state fermentation; and with industrial wastewater treatment.

Tem experiência com microbiologia enológica, desde o isolamento e caracterização genotípica e fenotípica de leveduras e bactérias, à aplicação tecnológica; com produção, caracterização e separação de enzimas (fitases) produzidas por fermentação em estado sólido; e com tratamento de resíduos industriais de laticínio, frigorífico e usina de açúcar e álcool.
