Daniela Maragno Marcelino

Graduated in Law from the University of the Vale do Itajaí (2007) and postgraduate "Lato Sensu" in Legal Practice at the Universidade do Extremo Sul Catarinense (2012); worked as a lawyer in the area of ​​Property Law between 2008 and 2010; Assistant Judicial Technician at the Santa Catarina Court of Justice and since 2011, held the position of Cabinet Advisor, currently full at the 1st Criminal Court of São José. Has experience in the areas of Public and Private Law, with emphasis on Civil Procedural Law. Master student in Juridical Science of the Postgraduate Course "Strictu Sensu" in Legal Science of UNIVALI - Line of Research: Law and Jurisdiction. Master student in Law of the European Union at the University of Minho (Portugal).

Possui graduação em Direito pela Universidade do Vale do Itajaí (2007) e pós-graduação "Lato Sensu" em Prática Jurídica pela Universidade do Extremo Sul Catarinense (2012). Tem experiência nas áreas de Direito Público e Privado, com ênfase em Direito Processual Civil e Direito Processual Penal. Mestre em Ciência Jurídica pela Universidade do Vale do Itajaí - UNIVALI. Mestre em Direito da União Europeia pela Universidade do Minho - UMinho (Portugal).
