Stefanie Moreira de Oliveira

Psicóloga, Mestra em Psicologia Social e do Trabalho pela Universidade Federal da Bahia e Especializada em Educação Infantil pela Universidade Estadual de Santa Cruz (UESC). Sou Doutoranda do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Psicologia da Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA), na linha de pesquisa "Indivíduo e trabalho: processos microorganizacionais" . Recentemente finalizei um Doutorado Sanduiche na Universidade de Coimbra - Portugal, tendo a CAPES como agente financiadora. Participo do grupo de pesquisa sobre Inovação Gerencial, coordenado pela Professora Dra. Janice Janissek, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Inovação, liderança, novos arranjos de trabalho e gerações. Fui traineer do programa Inova Iel, atuando no Projeto Jogo Capacidade em Ação, desenvolvido pela empresa Priner em parceria com o IEL, SESI e SENAI. Experiência Docente nas disciplinas: Mudança e Consultoria Organizacional e Projeto Integrado de Trabalho VI.

Psychologist, Master in Social and Work Psychology from the Federal University of Bahia and Specialized in Early Childhood Education from the State University of Santa Cruz (UESC).I am a PhD student at the Graduate Program in Psychology at the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), in the line of research "Individual and work: microorganizational processes". I recently completed a Sandwich Doctorate at the University of Coimbra - Portugal, with CAPES as a funding agent. I participate in the research group on Managerial Innovation, coordinated by Professor Dr. Janice Janissek, working mainly on the following topics: Innovation, leadership, new work arrangements and generations.I was a trainee for the Inova Iel program, working on the Capacity in Action Game Project, developed by the company Priner in partnership with IEL, SESI and SENAI. Teaching Experience in the disciplines: Organizational Change and Consulting and Integrated Work Project VI.
