Rafael Moura do Carmo

Bacharel em Engenharia Eletrônica e Mestre em Engenharia Elétrica pelo Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica Celso Suckow da Fonseca (CEFET- RJ). Em 2017 e 2018, participou do grupo de pesquisa de Redes Adaptativas e Processamento Inteligente coordenado pelo Prof. Dr. Diego Barreto Haddad. Ingressou em 2023 no curso de Administração pela mesma instituição, sendo aprovado e classificado em primeiro lugar. Entre 2011 e 2022, atuou na empresa TIM S.A. na implementação de projetos de redes móveis, dentre os principais: EPC (Evolved Packet Core), PCRF (Policy and Charging Resource Function), Serviços de eSIM (Embedded-SIM Card) e NPG (Network Provisioning Gateway). Atualmente, é Gerente de Infraestrutura na empresa Sixbell, atuando na implementação de serviços de telecomunicações de redes móveis e fixas em ambientes de Cloud Públicos, Privados e On-Premises na América Latina.

In 2017 and 2018, participated in the Adaptive Networks and Intelligent Processing research group coordinated by Prof. Dr. Diego Barreto Haddad. In 2023, entered the Administration course at the same institution, being approved and ranked first. Between 2011 and 2022, worked at TIM S.A. in the implementation of mobile network projects, among the main ones: EPC (Evolved Packet Core), PCRF (Policy and Charging Resource Function), eSIM Services (Embedded-SIM Card) and NPG ( Network Provisioning Gateway). Currently, he is Infrastructure Manager at Sixbell, working on the implementation of telecommunications services for mobile and fixed networks in Public, Private and On-Premises Cloud environments in Latin America.
