Dimas Salustiano da Silva

He has a law degree from the Federal University of Maranhão (1990), a Master in State Law from the Federal University of Paraná (1996), a PhD in Constitutional Law from PUC-SP and is linked to the PhD in the Program "Estado del Derecho e Gobernanza Global" from the University of Salamanca/Spain. He is currently Assistant Professor at the Federal University of Maranhão, Lawyer (OAB-MA 3.830), was Founder of the Faculty São Luis. Founder of UNISULMA (Empress), and member of the National Commission of Constitutional Studies of the Federal Council of the OAB. He has experience in the area of Law, with emphasis on Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Environmental Law and Urban Law - Acting mainly on the following topics: constitution, ethnic law, individual goal rights and access to justice, legal hermeneutics and history of law.

Possui graduação em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Maranhão (1990), Mestrado em Direito do Estado pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (1996), Doutorando em Direito Constitucional pela PUC-SP e está vinculado ao Doutorado no Programa ?Estado del Derecho e Gobernanza Global? da Universidade de Salamanca/Espanha. Atualmente é Professor Assistente da Universidade Federal do Maranhão, Advogado (OAB-MA 3.830), foi Fundador da Faculdade São Luis. Fundador da UNISULMA (Imperatriz), e, é Membro da Comissão Nacional de Estudos Constitucionais do Conselho Federal da OAB. Tem experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Direito Constitucional, Direito Administrativo, Direito Ambiental e Direito Urbanístico ? Atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: constituição, direito étnico, direitos meta individuais e acesso à justiça, hermenêutica jurídica e história do direito.
