Jorge Di Ciero Miranda

Doctorate degree from the University of Fortaleza on August 31, 2022. Master's degree from the University of Fortaleza on August 25, 2016. Specialist in Civil Procedure (UVA) and Criminal Procedure (UFC). He has a master's degree in Samford University - Alabama - Cumberland Law School - in Constitutional Law Compared Brazil United States. State Judge of Ceará since January 1998. He is currently the holder of the 4th Traffic Offenses Court in Fortaleza. He attended the basic cycle of AMAN (Military Academy of Black Agulhas) and FEI (Faculty of Industrial Engineering). Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Ceará (1995). He is part of the Permanent Commission for Institutional Evaluation of the Superior School of the Judiciary of the State of Ceará - ESMEC, where he also works as a teacher trainer. Atualmente é titular da 4ª Vara de Delitos de Tráfico em Fortaleza. Cursou o ciclo básico da AMAN (Academia Militar das agulhas Negras) e FEI (Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial). Graduado em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (1995). É presidente da Comissão Permanente de Avaliação institucional da Escola Superior da Magistratura do Estado do Ceará - ESMEC, onde também atua como professor formador. Avaliador das Revistas Themis da ESMEC e Revista Direito de Justiça: Reflexões Sociojurídicas do Curso de Direito da URI - Santo Ângelo/RS.
