Danielly Votto Fontoura

Daniely Votto Fontoura atua na área políticas públicas para cidades, relações internacionais, com foco na democracia participativa e gênero. Graduada em Direito pela PUCRS em 1999, defendeu em 2019 dissertação de Mestrado na Escola de Humanidades da mesma universidade, com foco na experiência do Orçamento Participativo de Porto Alegre e a emergência do clientelismo. Palestrante com experiência nacional e internacional, é membro do Hub Global de Democracia Participativa People Powered, com sede em Nova Iorque, EUA. Com larga experiência no trabalho com governos locais, foi responsável pela Coordenação de Relações Internacionais da Prefeitura de Porto Alegre e gerenciou a área de Governança Urbana do Programa Cidades do World Resources Institute (WRI Brasil)

Daniely Votto Fontoura works in the area of public policies for cities, international relations, with a focus on participatory democracy and gender. Graduated in Law at PUCRS in 1999, she defended in 2019 a Master's dissertation at the School of Humanities at the same university, focusing on the experience of Porto Alegre's Participatory Budget and the emergence of clientelism. Lecturer with national and international experience, she is a member of the Global Hub of Participatory Democracy People Powered, based in New York, USA. With extensive experience in working with local governments, he was in charge of the Coordination of International Relations of the Porto Alegre City Hall and managed the Urban Governance area of the Cities Program of the World Resources Institute (WRI Brasil).
