CERES DUARTE GUEDES CABRAL DE ALMEIDA

Ceres has degree in Agronomy by the University of the Semi-Arid (1994), graduate degree in Agricultural Sciences at the Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco (1998), Master in Agronomy (Soil Science) by Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (1998), Ph.D. in Irrigation and Drainage by ESALQ / USP with training in the modality-SWE Ph.D. at the University of Southern Queensland, Australia and post doctoral at the University of Palermo, Italy (2020). She is Titular Professor of Agricultural College Dom Augustine Ikas (CODA) of the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UFRPE). And she isPermanent Professor at Post Graduate program in Agricultural Engineering at UFRPE. Has experience in irrigation acting mainly in the following sub-areas: irrigation management, localized irrigation, automation, design of irrigation systems.

Possui graduação em Engenharia Agronômica pela Universidade Federal Rural do Semi-Árido (1994), graduação em Licenciatura em Ciências Agrárias pela Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco (1998), mestrado em Agronomia (Ciência do Solo) pela Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco (1998), doutorado em Irrigação e Drenagem pela ESALQ/USP com estágio na modalidade Doutorado-SWE na University of Southern Queensland, Austrália e pós-doutorado na Università degli Studi di Palermo, Itália (2020). É Professora Titular do Colégio Agrícola Dom Agostinho Ikas (CODAI) da Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco (UFRPE) e docente permanente no programa de Pós-graduação em Engenharia Agrícola da UFRPE. Tem experiência na área de Irrigação atuando principalmente nas seguintes sub-áreas: manejo de irrigação, irrigação localizada, automação, design de sistemas de irrigação.
