José Lúcio Martins Machado, 60 anos, médico, professor universitário, formado pela FM Jundiaí, em 1984, Residência Médica em Cirurgia Geral na FM Botucatu- UNESP, e Cirurgia Pediátrica, no Hospital Cruzada Pró-Infância Pérola Byington. Título de Especialista pela Sociedade Brasileira de Cirurgia Pediátrica-CIPE/ AMB, em 2002.É Professor Assistente Doutor da Disciplina de Cirurgia Pediátrica da FM Botucatu-UNESP desde 1987. Por meio de concurso público foi aprovado em 2005 para provimento do cargo efetivo de Professor Assistente em RTP, na mesma Disciplina.Professor Colaborador da FM Jundiaí, SP, entre 1998 a 2003; Diretor do Curso de Medicina da UNAERP, Ribeirão Preto, de 2001 a 2004; foi diretor do curso de Medicina da UNICID-SP de 2004 a 2014 e Gestor do Curso de Medicina da Universidade de São Caetano do Sul - USCS de 2014 a 2016. Foi consultor/Avaliador do INEP e Membro do Comitê Permanente e Consultor/Avaliador da Secretaria Executiva do Ensino Superior do Ministério da Educação e Cultura (SESU/MEC), de 2002 até 2008. Foi representante do MEC na Comissão Nacional de Residência Médica e Comissão de Ensino Médico de 2005 a 2008.Mestre, em 1993, e Doutor em 2002 junto ao Curso de Pós-Graduação em Bases Gerais da Cirurgia e Cirurgia Experimental, da FM Botucatu, UNESP.Especializações em Administração de Serviços de Saúde, pela FM da Fundação do ABC (2005), em Ativação de Mudanças na Graduação em Saúde pela ENSP/Fio Cruz/Ministério da Saúde (2006), Gestão da Atenção a Saúde pela Fundação Dom Cabral e Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa do Hospital Sírio Libanês (2009) e Docência do Ensino Superior pela Universidade de Tampere- Finlândia.Dentre as atividades exercidas na carreira universitária, destaca-se pela sua intensa atividade ligada ao Ensino de Graduação em Medicina e em Residência Médica, especialmente junto aos órgãos colegiados do ensino superior, exercendo as mais variadas funções, incluindo a Coordenação e Vice-Coordenação do Curso de Medicina da F.M.Botucatu de 1992 a 1996, além da participação em Conselhos, Comissões, Representações e Administração.Nas atividades de pesquisa e desenvolvimento, fez parte da linha de pesquisa, em Diabetes Mellitus Experimental na UNESP, e mantém as linhas de pesquisa em Currículo Integrado em Saúde e Ensino em Saúde nos Contextos de Práticas do SUS na USCS. No período de 1995 a 2000, coordenou o Programa UNI Botucatu da Fundação WK Kellogg, fundou e foi diretor- presidente da Fundação UNI-Botucatu de 1997 a 2001.Tem 64 artigos publicados em periódicos com textos completos,1 livro e outros 24 capítulos de livros publicados e 178 trabalhos apresentados em eventos científicos, com 185 participações em congressos, jornadas e simpósios.Como Consultor em Educação Médica capacitou mais de 1.600 professores universitários em Metodologias Ativas de Ensino Aprendizagem em Especial na Aprendizagem Baseada em Problemas o PBL, na Aprendizagem Baseada em Equipes - TBL , na Problematização e na utilização do Planejamento Estratégico Situacional o PES na Gestão de Escolas Médicas. Nos últimos 12 anos assessorou 56 Instituições de Ensino Superior dentre as quais 21 Universidades, 17 Centros Universitáriose 18 Faculdades na elaboração de seus Projetos Político-Pedagógicos para implantação e/ou reestruturação de Cursos de Medicina .Foi professor pesquisador e orientador permanente do Programa de Mestrado Profissional em Gestão da Inovação e Tecnologia em Saúde do Instituto Sírio Libanes de Ensino e Pesquisa (2010 a 2015). Atualmente é pesquisador e orientador permanente do Mestrado Profissional em Inovação no Ensino Superior em Saúde da USCS e do Programa de Mestrado Acadêmico em Ciências do Envelhecimento da Universidade São Judas Tadeu. É professor colaborador do Mestrado e Doutorado Acadêmico em Ciências da Saúde do Hospital Servidor Público Estadual- IAMSPE. Há 2 anos é fundador e CMO- Chief Medical Officer and Director da INSPIRALI- Vertical de Medicina da ÂNIMA EDUCAÇÃO.
